The Inside Sales Coordinator is a vital role as the first point of contact for calls from new and existing customers, answering questions in a professional manner, transferring calls to the appropriate staff member as required.

Understanding of sales and marketing tactics will be required for excellent service delivery to customers including setting expectations, accurate billing and flawless service delivery.

1.Execute sales and follow up with potential and current customer.
2.Answer phones and assist current and potential customers with questions or concerns.
3.Respond promptly to company emails and messages.
4.Work closely other sales staff & operations team leader to accurately schedule, route and bill customers.
5.Other duties as assigned.

6.Ability to speak to customers in a clear, pleasant and professional manner; to explain services and respond to service requests.

Qualification Requirements:
1.Prior experience in phone sales and customer service experience preferred
2.Proficiency in Microsoft office programs including Microsoft Word.
3.Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-based work environment.
4.Must possess and project positive energy within the workplace.
5.Must be able to learn new programs and software quickly and proficiently.

Job candidate must be available to start training no later than February, 2019.
