Assist Procurement Manager activities by collecting and analyzing spend data, benchmarking, and reporting.
Develop and issue RFI, RFPs and Invitation to Bid.
Lead sourcing of project based spend.
Participate in cross functional teams such as category councils, continuous improvement activities etc. Aggregate and analyze business requirements.
Conduct total cost of ownership evaluation, contract reviews, stakeholder, business requirements development and supplier performance metric reviews as required by procurement team.
Assist Procurement Managers with negotiations.
This position requires an Undergraduate Degree in Business.
1-2 years of experience performing analysis or similar functions is required.
Required skills for this position include: superior quantitative and analytical skills, strong listening skills, Microsoft Office, self-directed/motivated to take on activities outside of normal scope of work, and good presentation skills.
This position requires up to 25% travel.
