The Architectural Designer will work along side with the Interior Design team and will assist in the completion of Construction document's including architectural details and specific drawings. This position will work on various new build and renovation projects and help with presentation boards and material selections, price verification, drawing redlines & office administration.

License not required (bonus)
-Minimum 3 years in an Architectural hospitality (preferred) or 5 years in another other design firm
-Bachelor Degree in Architecture (NCARB / NAAB accredited)
-Works with Sr. Interior Designers and clients to oversee completion of projects on schedule.
-Knowledge specifications, architecture drawings, material selection, Architectural Details, MEP
-Strong organizational skills and multi-task oriented
-Understanding all phases of the design process
-Team player - enthusiastic and willing to learn new things; highly motivated
-Energetic, proactive, willing to travel; must be flexible in working hours/days at all sites
-Auto-CAD proficiency (required)
-Microsoft PowerPoint proficiency (required)
-Adobe Creative Cloud (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, etc) experience (bonus)
-AutoDesk Revit proficiency (required)
-Rhinoceros (bonus)
-Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook skills
-Ability to create construction documents
-Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
-Ability to draw plans and details as well as assist with answering any Architectural questions.
