Manages all resident retention and renewals. Must provide and report weekly updates on renewals. Must meet or exceed the monthly budgeted renewal closing ratio. Social Media Ambassador for the property. Qualifications This position requires a High School Diploma/GED. Additional degrees that are preferred for this position include: Associate Degree in General Studies. 1-2 years of required experience in Customer Service and Resident Retention.
