Briefly, I am a veteran sales and business development executive who designs, sells, and delivers professional services, software, and outsourcing solutions tailored to long-term customer needs. My experience in sales, marketing, and business operations, complete with expertise in customer operations management, have demonstrated that I have the ability to produce bottom line results with the following credentials:

·        Proven ability to sell and close major service and software solutions, with total revenue values ranging from less than $1M on up to $40M, to senior-level officers (i.e., COO, CEO, CFO) at established and new accounts by building long-term relationships and personal credibility.

·        Demonstrated ability to manage projects and new product introductions on time, within budget, while minimizing risk and satisfying customer scope and quality expectations by managing and motivating large matrix organizations consisting of customers, multiple third party vendors, and in-house project team members.
